升级到22.18.05.02后,启动瑞星杀毒软件时出错,弹出如下窗口:
Error occurred
This program has encountered a fatal error and will close. Please send dump file to us by email(rising@rising.com.cn). This will help us to improve our software.
此窗口与杀毒软件界面同时出现,无论点击"确定"或"取消",都会关闭杀毒软件界面. 但如果置之不理,杀毒软件界面上的各种按钮,还是一样可以点击运行. 有人遇到这种情况吗? 如何解决? 谢谢!

用户系统信息：Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 7.0; Windows NT 5.1; GTB6; .NET CLR 1.1.4322)

换路径重新安装软件

补充: 升级杀毒软件版本应为22.00.01.34, 病毒库版本才是22.18.05.02.

尝试了卸载杀软,重新安装回原来的21.61.24版本. 再升级,这回问题变了,跳出"升级失败"窗口,如下.

复制C:\DOCUME~1\ROSEMA~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\Rav\Download\AVchn.cfg到D:\PROGRAM FILES\RISING\RAV\Upgrade\AVchn.cfg失败,请您换其它时间段尝试.

不同时段尝试升级数次,均失败. 请问如何解决?

有人遇到这种情况吗?

将杀毒软件完全卸载，瑞星安装目录下的文件手动删除。
http://shop.rising.com.cn/download/index.htm 下载10版安装程序重新安装再升级。
