开机提示reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot Media in selected boot device的解决

注：我的系统是买电脑的地方安装的，到现在使用了半年从未发生过，我现在身边没有系统盘，该如何尽快修复，拜托各位给我详细的方式，因为我是女生，不太会。。。
