无法访问ShellExecuteHooks

无法访问ShellExecuteHooks

在注册表中[HEKY_LOCAY_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\ShellExecuteHooks] 这个项无法访问,每次点击时都会弹出对话框:无法打开ShellExecuteHooks, 打开项时出错.并且之后项内没有任何文件,也不可以新建任何键值.
导致的后果是无法卸载Windows Defender.
请大家帮帮忙

用户系统信息：Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 7.0; Windows NT 5.1; WPS; Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; SV1) ; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; .NET CLR 3.0.04506.648; .NET CLR 3.5.21022; CIBA)

又来一个问题：同级下的Browser Helper objects,即BHO也出现了同样的问题。导致无法卸载Adobe Reder 8.1.2.
还有我卸载Windows Defender 还没有成功。

权限无法可心以更改，但是无用。

已经解决了，
是因为瑞星病毒专杀工具建立的保护状态没有撤销。
