【求助】怀疑是病毒．．如何处理请帮忙

我的电脑最近出现这样的问题
１　　插ＵＳＢ接口不能正常卸载，不管是Ｕ盘，手机内存盘，移动硬盘全不能，注销了也不行．
２　　不能显示隐藏文件，我自己设置过，但是重起后又不能显示了

我觉得是病毒，但是又搞不清楚是什么病毒，大家帮忙给指点一下吧
