高手帮忙看看，出什么问题了，怎么解决？先谢了！
新买的笔记本，长会在开机时出现如下错误提示(因无RESET按纽，想热启也不行，必须关掉POWER，再重新启动)：
A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.
If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen,restart your computer。If this problem appears again,follow these steps:
check for viruses on your computer.Remove any newly installed hard drives or hard drive controllers.Check your hard drive to make sure it is properly configured and terminated.
Run chkdsk /f to check for hard drive corruption,and then restart your computer.

已经做过的尝试是：
1：升级了瑞星至最新版本进行了查杀，显示没有病毒。
2：chkdsk /f也做过，是提示重新启动后自动运行设定的任务。
这种情况三天开机至少出现两次，如果白天时间也开关机，同样会出现此错误提示。但恢复(本人的机器是WinXP的)最后一次正确的配置后会正常启动，但后面再开机时常还是会出现上面错误。该如何去解决，请高手指点！
