的确，不过可以手动删的。
(进程名是wgatray.exe)，手动删除的方法具体如下：
１、注册表：
删除HLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\Notify\Wgalogon后重启，WGA的盗版提示就不会跳出来了
２、删除WGA的文档文件
C:\Windows\System32\Wgalogon.dll、WgaTray.exe、LegitCheckControl.dll
C:\Windows\System32\dllcache\ Wgalogon.dll、WgaTray.exe
C:\Documents and Settings\用户名\Local Settings\Temp\WgaNotify.settings
C:\Documents and Settings\用户名\Local Settings\Temp\ns**.tem\system.dll
C:\ Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Windows Genuine Advantage
