各位大哥，帮帮忙！！！偶的电脑怎么拉？
偶的电脑不知从什么时候开始，关机的时候（不是每次都这样，有时候不会），在显示“正在关机”后，变蓝屏跳出下面这些英文，偶的英文不是很好，虽然查字典勉强知道它的意思，但不知道怎么处理，请各位大哥帮忙解决，支支招啊！！！下面是那段文字。
