不知什么原因电脑出现一个问题，在上网时经常谈出一个对话框，叫信使服务
内容如下：从SECURITY到2006-8-19 上ALERT的消息
STOP! Registry Cleaner Recommended
To fix the error please do the following:
1.download Registry Repair from: http://www.regdoc32.com
2....
...
....
并且网址经常改变，转到进程是来自csrss.exe 无法结束，瑞星也在开启状态，并没有询问，启动项中也未发现可疑项
到底这是什么程序，如何停止这个该死的信使服务，望高人指点！！
