一按键盘就重新启动[请教]
XP系统,昨天晚上给魔兽升级,浩方升级后,开机时、部分软件中可以使用键盘,给文件重命名时和Excel、QQ和部分软件中不能使用键盘，一按键盘就重新启动,在我的电脑属性中将系统失败--自动重新启动前的勾去掉后,一按键盘就蓝屏,蓝屏内容如下（我不认识英语，不知道是什么意思，帮我翻译一下）：我将OFFICE卸载后重新安装OFFICE时，在输入序列号时，一按键盘就出现“msiexec.exe遇到问题需要关闭”的对话框，或者蓝屏，内容同下面的一样。
