我前几天问过的那个问题.现在我发现这种情况是在打开Realoneplay的时候出现的.我的realplay是电信的互联星空影院下的.有时打开没事.,有时就蓝屏.蓝屏时的提示如下:

If you need to use safe model to remove or disable components. restart your computer.press F8 to select advanced startup options.and then select soft mode.

蓝屏后只能重启.我是XP SP2系统.配置是512DDR内存.C42.0.INTEL845E.GEFORCE4 MX440.哪位高手知道的话说的详细点啊.谢谢
