is now a
SCAM
I have arrived to this final conclusion after several weeks of having withdrawal problems with A3Union; answering emails & complaints forwarded to me from all over the world; communicating and appealing with A3Union Management particularly with Mr. David Forsman, but have never received any positive response from them except empty promises on the issues of withdrawals. Because of my insistence and demand for management to resolve these problems on withdrawals, my account was de-activated in the premise of false accusations of having cheated the system? A simple was of harassing me to stop me from questioning and bombarding them with emails that receives no response either. A3Union has continuously been harassing members too who complained about their withdrawal problems in the HYIP Forums. The access to their accounts were blocked instead of addressing the issues on withdrawals. But the whole truth is, my GoldPoll Toolbar says: "WAITING"; then "PROBLEM"; now "NOT PAID".
But A3Union is still aggressive wanting to receive more and more additional investments without any intention of paying back these Investments. This is evidenced by their Advertisements: "Hiring! Customer Service Representative"; "A3Union have just began applying for banking & brokerage licenses in order to cover current market tendencies and develop new product for consumers"; "12 Aug 2007 New Investment Products & Conference: Philippines"; "A3Union are proud to inform all their customers that starting September 2007 new Investment Products are to be offered additionally to existing ones ..." purporting or showing the public that A3Union is stable and continuously growing strong? The true measurement of stability for A3Union to be considered as growing and strong is when every Request for Withdrawal is PAID Instantly without limit and harassment. A3Union can no longer pay and is NOT PAYING (GoldPoll Toolbar). I for one as an LRP, have more than US$8,000.00 in investments locked-in, with more than US$14,000.00 in Monthly Referral Bonuses. I have just a little more than US$350.00 in my Cash Balance but cannot withdraw even a single cent.
In my last email to LRP Coordinator, Mr. Charlie Bidwell; c.c. David Forsman (suspected to be one and the same person, a.k.a. Charlie Bidwell), I have appealed to them to resolve the issues about the withdrawals problems and even asked them to delete my name in the Directory Listing of LRPs worldwide effective immediately. I do not want to be used as an extension of A3Union's Customer Service answering emails and complaints forwarded to me from all over the world without any pay. I have given them and ultimatum, and my final decision to severe ties with A3Union by 12:00midnight GMT. I am honest and sincere with my decision knowing that as a result of such action, I will be loosing all my benefits as an LRP, but I do not want either to be part of of A3Union Grand SCAM!
I am not alone in these withdrawal problems. But definitely, I am alone to squeal open through my site to tell the whole world.....

I will advertise my site in the Googles and to all available sites to warn the whole world of A3Union's Grand Scam. I am also closing today my LRP Office for A3Union but will continue to entertain emails and telephone calls if only to inform everyone about A3Union's Great Scam in the internet.
