瑞星防火墙不能升级了
点软件升级后弹出以下内容的确认框，升不了级了。怎么处理？
An error occurred while reading the configuration file. Please try to repair the using Add/Remove Programs in
the Windows Control Panel and try again.(1)
另外在用户ID设置中的ID号也没了，重新输入ID号也保存不起。
