打开瑞星防火墙出现Runtime Error!
自从瑞星防火墙升级到2009后，开机出现
Runtime Error!
Program:C:\Program Files\Rising\Rfw\rfwsrv.exe
abnormal program termination
并且网络安全选项中所有都关闭，无法开启
点击访问控制出现

重新安装也还是出现此状况，如何办是好？
