瑞星界面变成英文，升级时提示无法读取配置文件，右键菜单所有均显示Sub Menu
今天不知道咋了，瑞星出问题了，具体问题描述如下：
1 打开瑞星杀毒软件，界面变成英文，且设置中修改语言功能的页面，无法正常显示。
2 点击Upgrade，无法升级，系统提示“An error occurred while reading the configuration file.Please try to repair the file using Add/Remove Programs in the Windows Control Panel and try again.(1)”
3 基本上与升级和杀毒有关的功能均无法正常使用。
4 开始--程序--瑞星杀毒软件--瑞星工具中无可修复和卸载的选项。
5 瑞星防火墙正常。
怎么解决啊，别只说一句重新安装。。。到底是什么原因造成的啊，另外附上我的系统环境：
Windows XP
瑞星2009 Version21.0.0.0
用户系统信息：Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; SV1; .NET CLR 1.1.4322; CIBA)
