杀毒软件升级失败
我的瑞星杀毒软件在升级时总是提示：
Runtime Error!
Progrem: C:\Program Files\Rising\Ris\SmartUp.exe
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the application ’s support team for more information.
哪位高手知道是怎么回事啊？
重新安装以后也不行。
用户系统信息：Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 7.0; Windows NT 5.1; Trident/4.0)
