无法升级病毒库，无法修复，该怎么办？
我 用 的 是 瑞 星 全 功 能 安 全 软 件 。
几天前，突然发现本来应该是绿色的小雨伞变成了黄色，主动防御都被关闭了，然后我想手动打开，可是那个按钮居然是灰色的，点不了。想升级病毒库，就看到这样提示的对话框：
"An error occurred while reading the configuration file. Please try to repair the file using Add/Remove Programs in the Windows Control Panel and try again.”
然后我就去修复,可是修复那个选项居然也是灰的,无法点击. 我该怎么办啊?
虽然是想先卸载,然后再重新装一遍,可是注册码早都被我忘了,所以有没有别的办法?
