今天启用瑞星杀毒,发现了一个病毒,点了一下"删除染毒文件",就出现了以下问题,请高手帮我指点:
问题一: 
    每次按"Ctrl+空格"就出现意下三个错误提示;1、记忆文件发生操作失误；2、读起基础表文件Winabc.ovl发生错误；3、读起记忆文件tmmor.rem发生错误。

问题二:
  我的PPS网络电视播放时无法显示图像，呈梨绿色，有声音。每次在该用户帐户下重新安装也不行，安装时提示有个写入文件无法打开，有程序在使用。但换一个用户帐户安装就能播放。
问题三:
    我安装的闭路电视软件（天敏）不知怎么随时都要自已启动，弹出窗口。
    那位电脑高手帮帮忙吧，参考参考怎样解决，非常感谢！
注：现启用瑞星杀毒，没发现有任何病毒。
