每次开机都不能正常运行卡卡.屏幕上出现这样一个对话框：icrosoft visual c++ runtime library    下面一个红叉：runtime error  program:d:\瑞星\rising\rsa\tray.exe
this application has raquested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way please contact the application's support team for more information .
卸载了再装也是会出现.我新装的电脑装卡卡也出现这情况.不知道是啥问题.本来一直用瑞星的.希望能解决吧.

请楼主在d:\瑞星\rising\rsa\目录下查看有没有tray.exe的.dmp格式文件？
如果有，请压缩跟帖上传至论坛。
您的操作系统类型是什么？32位还是64位的？瑞星安全助手版本是多少？
