瑞星2010无法升级了。

一点升级就出现两个窗口、第一个是：

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library

Program:D\Rising\Ris\Smartup.exe

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way .Please contact the application's support team for more information.

第二个是：
Smartup.exe-应用程序错误

应用程序发生异常 unknown software exception(0×40000015)，位置为0×004237db。

要终止程序，请单击“确定”。
要调试程序，请单击“取消”。

我的是正版2010瑞星全功能安全软件，已经尝试过重新安装和修复，但是都没用，求解决方法。

而且，从官网下载2011版瑞星，用原2010序列号，不能成功注册。求解。

用户系统信息：Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 8.0; Windows NT 5.1; Trident/4.0)

用原2010序列号，不能成功注册提示什么？

提示：产品序列号/用户ID错误，请检查后重试。

可是我输入的是绝对正确的，我2010版就能成功注册。:kaka18:

第一个:kaka2: 无法升级的问题就不能解决了么？

经查询，您购买的序列号为盗版产品，请及时与经销商联系。

那为什么我2010就能成功注册升级呢？只是前几天才出问题的、、、

这个号应该不可能注册的，建议楼主尽快联系经销商解决。
