将系统的里杀毒软件卸载，卸载时不保留配置文件。在控制面板里将瑞星软件部署系统也卸载掉，在这里直接下载瑞星2011，http://shop.rising.com.cn。重新安装再升级试试。

这是杀毒软件的问题吗，谢谢
