根據目前警務司和高院的聯合調查報告顯示，“李生8”xxx20頁違規帖的行為 係 惡意註冊引起。常理而言，一個正常人不可能在6個小時內發佈近20頁的帖子 根據常識和歷來的經驗判定 此行為是由惡意註冊引起。

所以為了防止此類行為發生 我希望“卡卡”特區 能夠加強對已註冊人員的管理 並嚴格註冊制度 註冊時需要加輸驗證xxx 以防惡意註冊 謝謝！
