刚才下载了10版的包安装，安装好后，电脑一直跳出：

按了确定或关掉，马上又会跳出来，怎么处理啊？

那试试完全卸载，在重新安装试试，

完全卸载是指什么？是不是目录什么的全部删除？那防火墙也要卸吗？
