是不是与瑞星杀毒软件有关

今天开机瑞星杀毒软件是黄伞，竟然需要重新激活
我重新下载瑞星软件安装的时候出现通用库错误
升级瑞星的时候，更新过程中出现删除文件.....导出日志 就进行不了了

请问这是怎么回事，是不是中毒了 给个处理方法 谢谢了

建议楼主修复下杀软试试
