Program:D:\Rising\ras.exe 这是个什么路径，是安装包保存的路径吗？
另外问一下，楼主计算机中的卡卡安装之前是否已经卸载，如确认是运行安装包就报错，可以在安全模式安装试试

重新安装下卡卡助手
