an error occurred while reading the confinguration file please try to repair the file using Add/Remove programs in the Windows Control panel and try again

每隔几天就出现这种情况。不能升级，不能修复，连杀毒也不能用，到底是什么原因？

用户系统信息：Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 8.0; Windows NT 5.1; Trident/4.0; .NET CLR 2.0.50727)

我把系统重新装过，看还出现这种情况，要再出现，真的无语了
到底有哪些原因可以导致出现这种情况？病毒？还是什么原因

可能是上次升级异常，或者系统突然重启等等原因导致。楼主最近做了哪些操作？比如磁盘清理或者优化？
电脑是否有其他异常？
