我的防火墙无法升级，出现如下英文
An error occurred while reading the configuration file. please try to repair the file using
Add/Remove programs in the windows control panel and try again(1）
现在连防火墙界面也打不开了，望各位高手指点，泣血拜谢！

软件异常，卸载重新安装
