我买的是正版软件，以前都很正常，不知咋的，不能自动升级了，每次点“升级”就会出现这样的提示：“An error occurred while reading the cofiguration file, please try to repair the file using Add/Remove Programs in the Windows Control Panel and try again.(1)" 但关键是我把包装盒弄丢了，所以产品序列号和ID都不知道了~~
各位大侠，这种情况下该咋办？我又不想换其他的~~~

开始--程序--瑞星个人防火墙--添加删除组件--修复
