开机出现错误对话框：

我的电脑是windows Xp系统，瑞星装在C：盘上，不知这个问题是怎么回事，如何解决，急盼高手指点~~~~~

用户系统信息：Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; SV1)

先清空temp目录，开始-运行-%temp%-确认-清空该目录下允许删除得所有文件，然后卸载重装瑞星
