我的全功能安全软件在点软件升级时显示：An error occurred while reading the configuration file.Please try to repair the file using Add/Remove Programs in the Windows Control Panel and try again.(1)
怎么处理啊？

用户系统信息：Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; SV1)

先尝试修复，如果不行卸载重装。。。。

晕重装麻烦啊！

开始——运行——C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Rising
删除里面的ris文件夹

然后：开始-所有程序-瑞星区功能安全软件-修复
