我的瑞星杀毒软件是正版2007的。
2009年2月6日晚开机，双击“瑞星杀毒软件”升级和“瑞星防火墙”升级，之后就死机。
重新启机，再次双击“瑞星杀毒软件”图标和“瑞星防火墙”图标，窗口都弹不出来，尝试重复双击图标桌面任何反应都没有。
右键点击屏幕右下角“防火墙”和“杀毒软件”图标选择“智能升级”出现“SmartUpdate”对话框，内容是“An error occurred while reading the configuration file.Please try to repair the file using Add/Remove Programs in the Windows Control Panel and try again.(1)”
我有良好的升级习惯，每天晚上开机第一件事情就是升级，今天不知道为什么。
希望能找到简单的办法解决，千万别说什么让我重新安装什么的，这么大的品牌不会没能人吧
十分急切啊！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！

卸载重新安装 卸载时取消【保留用户原配置】的勾选并删除原安装文件夹
彻底卸载瑞星后下载最新安装包 进行重新安装
