1月22日不能升级，花了30元购买一年，重装rising，仍然不能。提示获取升级文件失败，代码12031

用户系统信息：Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 8.0; Windows NT 6.0; Trident/4.0; SLCC1; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; .NET CLR 3.0.04506)
