尝试完全卸载以后
用序列号下载瑞星防火墙安装包
http://it.rising.com.cn/new2008/guide.shtml

可以操作：开始——程序——瑞星防火墙——修复
修复防火墙之后，即可正常升级。

建议楼主先尝试使用瑞星的修复功能，先修复一下，看看能否正常升级。
