瑞星从08到09升级后总是提示 是怎么了

用户系统信息：Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; SV1; Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; SV1) )

卸载重新安装，下载最新的安装包安装。
卸载方法：
安全模式，【开始】【运行】输入regedit进入注册表，打开注册表里面HEKY_LOCAL_MACHINE找到SOFTWARE文件里面的rising文件夹删除里面的rav文件夹，再到c盘（瑞星的安装目录下c:\Program Files\Rising）删除rising文件夹下的rav文件夹

将瑞星安装目录rav\update下的mfc42.dll,mfc71.dll这2个文件复制粘贴到rav这个目录中，重启后再试。
