我在防火墙升级时断网了，结果防火墙变灰了，从新升级时出现了（An error occurred while rending the configuration file.Please try to repair the fileusing Add using/Remove programs in the windoes control panel and try again.(1))请问时什么意思

用户系统信息：Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; SV1; Maxthon)

首先删掉你系统中的瑞星软件,然后重启一下机器,再次确认一下是否删掉了,然后再看一下注册表中是否还有瑞星的值在,确定都没有了,再按上面的链接下载安装,装的时候换个路径安装,然后再升级试试.
注册表中瑞星的位置:
a 点击 操作系统左下角的开始/运行
b.输入regedit
c.左边找到我的电脑/HKEY_LOCAL MACHINE/SOFTWARE/rising
d.找到rising下面的RFW右键删掉RFW文件夹。

注意：重装的时候一定要换个路径装~~
