我刚刚打开电脑，提示有个程序要修改时间，我拒绝了，之后又有我临时文件内的一个程序要访问网络，被我拒绝了，这是我在升级时，系统提示：An error occurred while reading the confin-guration file.pelase try to repair the file using Add/Remove pro-grams in the Windows Control Panel and try again.(1) 呵呵我英文不好，请问这是啥意思？

斑竹睡着了吗 我现在要修复瑞星防火墙，可是页面只有卸载，修复按钮呈灰色，不能用，咋回事呀
