瑞星杀毒页面打开，点击快速查杀根本没有反应，点击升级也生不了，出来一个警告框，就是下面那个。麻烦各位帮帮忙，这是怎么回事啊





我修复了，可是错误啊错误代码10007811

无法升级 是怎么提示的？ 截图？

图片发不上来，是一堆英文<an error occurred reading the configuration file. please try to repair the file using add/Remove
programs in the windows control panel and try again.(1)

建议能重新安装一下瑞星！
