我的防火墙版本是21.18.33点升级后出现一排英文是怎么回事啊

请高手解决下

用户系统信息：Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 7.0; Windows NT 5.1)

读取配置文件失败，请使用添加删除来修复。
这种问题，应该是防火墙配置文件损坏引起的。
比较彻底的方法是将其卸载重装。如果修复的话，其过程会是安装的过程，且不一定可以解决问题。
