还有一个出错信息是:

CiceroUIWndFrame: RSTray.exe--Ordinal Not Found

The ordinal 100 could not be located in the dynamic link library NComm.dll

还有:

RisWnd: RSTray.exe--Application Error

Click on OK to terminate the program
Click on CANCEL to debug the program

升级到最新版本无法解决问题。请问是出了什么错误？如何处理？

卡卡出现问题，卸载重装

卡卡的程序比较小，卸载重装看一下问题是否依旧。
