昨天跟今天中午还是不行的,刚才17:00钟左右的时候试了一下,好像升级成功了,我可以升级到20.58.41,,,,,,不过有一个疑问?为什么防火墙不会提示说升级超次,而杀毒软件会呢?我就这个问题搞不懂,,,以前用的时候一天我都手动升级好几次也没提示说会升级超次啊,这几天不正常..不知道瑞星在搞什么呀!!!!害得我早上把瑞星杀毒软件都卸载，然后重新安装还是不行，不过最后我还是去网站输入ＩＤ和列号下载安装更新包才更新到２０．５８．３０这个版本的，，，，，不知道瑞星这两天的问题都怎么解释呢？？？不会说我们以前都用得好好的，现在都出了免费一年的，我们这些老客户就不能用了吧！！！害我浪费了一天的时间，还以为电脑中毒了，真是的如果出了妆况瑞星也要出面说一下啊，最少也要道歉一下吧！如果真的电脑中毒恐怕我网银的好几万元钱就得被黑了，真是害怕，，，如果要再出现这种情况，我保证不会再使用瑞星了，我还会动员我很多用瑞星的朋友全部换杀毒软件－－－－－哼哼
我的也是正版０５年了，
虽然今天下午５点钟再次升级的时候可以正常升级到２０．５８．４１了，但是不再希望出现不能升级和升级超次等问题了，因为在这之前用的还是不错的产品，也都一直相信瑞星，如果还有问题或者不稳定等 ，我将不再使用瑞星＿＿＿＿

昨晚：将20.58.22升级至20.58.32，不是连接网络的问题，就是到”复制文件“时，莫名地消失了。
今早：继续将20.58.22升级至20.58.32，却出现”升级超次“。
今中午：无奈之下，卸载瑞星杀毒软件和防火墙，重装之后杀毒软件的版本为20.58.30。
今下午：满怀期望地将瑞星杀毒软件由20.58.30升级到最新的20.58.40，点击了5次升级：其中2次升级到”复制文件“消失，另外3次出现”无法连接到瑞星升级服务器，请换其它时间尝试“。
今晚上：终于将杀毒软件由20.58.30升级到最新的20.58.42了。
