杀毒界面上面两栏只显示“unkown”；点击杀毒之后自动关闭杀毒软件；不能选择界面语言；不能升级，点击后出现An error occurred while reading the configuration file. Please try to repair the file using Add/Remove Programs in the Windows Control Panel and try again.

出现故障,重新安装,,,出现这种现象频率挺高的..下次安好,经常备份一下(用软件自带的安装制作包)

修复杀软，如果修复了还是有这样的问题，那就把杀软卸载了重新 安装。
“安装制作包”建议杀软升了级再做
