打开网页后，鼠标不动或者只在网页边框处移动，不会出现错误，
但一到网页中间移动就出现错误，弹一个错误窗口：
microsoft visual c++ runtime library

runtime error!
program:c:\programfiles\internet explorer\iedplore.exe
abnormal program termination

最后一行有时显示为：
this application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
please contact the application's support team for more information.
杀毒也没有，求高手指点！
