我的IEXPLORE.EXE  后面有个网址，而且是随机变的。是不是病毒？

CommandLine = "C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\IEXPLORE.EXE" http://top.wcad.cn

现在又变成  http://www.popdm.cn  了。肯定是木马吧

现在 CommandLine = "C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\IEXPLORE.EXE"  的网址变为www.21all.com了

请高手帮忙解决一下啊、。谢谢了
