手工解决：
1、结束进程IE_Bar.exe（路径：C:\windows\system32\IE_Bar.exe）
2、删除文件：
C:\windows\system32\IE_Bar.exe
C:\windows\system32\msq.exe
3、清理注册表：
展开：HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
删除："msq"="C:\\windows\\system32\\msq.exe"
