不知删了什么，我的电脑（windows98）关机后总是出现一凭蓝底白字：
A fatal exception 0E has occurred at 0028:C003527B in VXD IFSMGR(01)+00002977. The current application will be lerminated.
* Press any key to terminated the current application.
* Press Ctrl+ALT+Del again to restart your computer.You will lose any unsaved information in all applications.

然后我按任意键，机器才关机。最近我的光驱也读不出盘，不知跟这个有没有关系。那位高手能告诉我是怎么回事啊，是很严重的问题么？我该怎么办啊？
