Overview
McAfee customers have requested virus protection for their environments to enable them to test pre-release versions of the Microsoft® Windows Vista™ operating system. The shipping version of McAfee VirusScan Enterprise, version 8.0i, is now compatible with Windows Vista with the deployment of the appropriate hotfixes and/or updates

Use e-Policy Orchestrator to deploy and configure the McAfee management agent and VirusScan Enterprise version 8.0i.

Technical support is not available for McAfee VirusScan Enterprise version 8.0i running on pre-release versions of Windows Vista.
