最进电脑老是不能关机，一关机就蓝屏还出先以下的英文字

these steps:
check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed

or software.Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing.
If you need to use safemodeto remove or disable components,restart
your computer,press F8 to select Advanced startup optina,and then
select safe mode.
