One thing we have kept on telling students is that: BBA is a program designed for future professional managers. To learn to communicate and negotiation to acquire what they desire are also part of the learning experience, an actually very important part. We are open to provide students assistance to achieve that, but students need to ASK and DO it, rather than just sit there waiting to be fed. They are not children anymore, they are treated as mature adults, just as many other students from world wide into this program. ---- This is the respect to students, I hope they understand and appreciate it. Take advantage of every chance to make mistake and learn, that's how they grow, that's what's going to help them to survive the competition later on. ---- I shall appreciate it if you could help to reinforce this during their study.
