我的机子上打不开杀毒软件程序，防火墙可以打开。前天开始的。而且在正常模式下，鼠标对任务栏和桌面图标失效，还有那个什么监控无法启动。我现在急死了啊.............
我进入安全模式下，一切都是正常的。
哪位大侠可以帮我，感激不尽

还有，我的QQ养了宠物，一登QQ，过几秒宠物出来买上死机
其他没有宠物的QQ不会出现这个现象

据说瑞星2005的监控用QQ宠物有冲突，但好像最新版本已经解决了

用Autoruns保存一个日志发上来
日志保存方法:选择File->Save菜单项

wbhelp.dll和Wbsrv.dll两个文件删了
但是DDD_Install_Program.jobFile not found: C:\DOCUME~1\sane\LOCALS~1\Temp\remotesetup.exe始终删不掉
