可能是你的hosts文件造成的
找到C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc文件夹，用记事本打开hosts文件，删除里面的全部内容，然后保存
删除之前备份一下

我的系统是(Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005)IE是系统自带的,

我朋友的系统XP里面的和我一样都可以打开,我的为什么不能啊!郁闷?
