我开机后出现蓝屏，上面都是英文（如下）然后从起要选择正常启动才可，正常启动后还要自检，进去后提示是否发送错误报告。这问题已经不是第一次了！这是硬件问题还是软件系统问题？怎样杜绝今后还这样？
